How it works
The right watch, found for you.
From request to wrist
Four steps.
Tell us the watch.
Brand, reference, condition, budget, and timeframe. A model on our website, or one that is not.
We search our network.
Trusted dealers, collectors, and private owners across Europe. Every watch is found for your request, not pulled from a shelf.
We verify the details.
Reference, condition, papers, and set are checked before we present a watch. Independent inspection can be arranged.
You decide.
Price, payment, delivery, and your rights are confirmed in writing before you pay. View in person in Prague or Marbella, by appointment.
Questions
Do you keep watches in stock?
No. Borso holds no permanent stock. Each watch is located for a specific request, so the watches on our website are examples of what we can find, not a live inventory.
Can you find a watch that is not on the website?
Yes. Most requests are for watches we do not show. Tell us the reference, or simply what you have in mind.
How is the price set?
Prices are on request because they depend on the specific piece, its condition, and the market. The price we confirm is the full price you pay, with no separate fee.
How do I know a watch is genuine?
We work only with sellers we have reason to trust and check every watch before presenting it. On request, an independent watchmaker can inspect it before you pay.
Why might you ask for ID?
High-value purchases are covered by anti-money-laundering rules, so we may ask for proof of identity and source of funds before a purchase.
Is my request private?
Yes. Your details are used only to handle your request and are never published or sold.
